The Company was notified on 10 July 2009 that Mr Masoud Alikhani, Chairman of
the Company, purchased 833,333 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares").

Following this transaction, Mr Alikhani has a beneficial interest in 1,406,333
Ordinary Shares representing 0.64 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
