BC Partners to buy ATI Enterprises for $500 mln- FT

Nov 10 (Reuters) - London-headquartered private equity firm BC Partners [BCPRT.UL] will buy ATI Enterprises, a Texas-based operator of 24 educational campuses, for about $500 million, the Financial Times reported on its website.

BC Partners will finance the deal with about $250 million of debt that has been fully underwritten by Goldman Sachs (GS.N), the paper said.

The deal has been signed and will likely be completed by the end of the year, according to the paper.

BC Partners could not be immediately reached for comment by Reuters.

ATI Enterprises operates vocational schools and training centers in Texas, Florida, Arizona and New Mexico. (Reporting by Ajay Kamalakaran in Bangalore; editing by Valerie Lee)
