* Bella Loykhter Allaire hired from UBS
* Raymond James appoints interim HR chief
* Chief Risk Officer now reports to CEO
CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 15 (Reuters) - Raymond James Financial Inc (RJF.N) said on Wednesday the company hired a new senior technology executive as part of a series of changes to its management team.
The St. Petersburg, Florida-based brokerage and investment bank hired Bella Loykhter Allaire as executive vice president for technology and operations.
Allaire will begin in the new post on June 20 and report to Chief Executive Paul Reilly.
Allaire previously worked as chief information officer at UBS Wealth Management Americas (UBS.N). Prior to that post, she also consulted for Morgan Stanley (MS.N) and worked at Prudential Securities as chief information officer.
As part of the appointment, Raymond James’ Angela Biever will become the interim head of human resources, after the departure of HR chief Pam Ward.
Biever was chief administrative officer, and oversaw the company’s technology operations in addition to several other administrative functions.
Finally, Chief Risk Officer George Catanese -- who previously worked under Biever -- will report directly to Reilly. (Reporting by Joe Rauch; editing by Carol Bishopric)
