July 7 (Reuters) - British marketing communications company Creston Plc (CRCRE.L) said on Tuesday it would raise about 3.3 million pounds ($5.37 million) through a placing to help support its organic growth plans.

The company will issue about 5.6 million shares at 60 pence each, a discount of 7 percent to the stock's Monday closing price of 64.5 pence.

The newly issued shares will represent about 10 percent of the company's existing issued share capital, Creston said.
