SAN FRANCISCO, July 13 (Reuters) - Levi Strauss [LEVST.UL] said on Monday it had completed its acquisition of 73 Levi's and Docker's Outlet by MOST stores that it had earlier licensed to bankrupt Anchor Blue Retail Group, paying $72 million for the fleet.

The jeans maker said in May that it had entered an agreement to acquire the operating rights to the stores.

Anchor Blue Retail Group's MOST division is an outlet store retailer that held the exclusive U.S. license for Levi's Outlet and Dockers Outlet Stores.

Anchor Blue, which also operates a chain of stores selling casual apparel and accessories to teens, filed for bankruptcy this spring. (Reporting by Alexandria Sage; Editing by Tim Dobbyn)
