State oil and energy firm Pertamina said it has received the rights to develop the Natuna gas block in Indonesia's Riau islands replacing U.S. energy giant Exxon Mobil Corp (XOM.N).

Indonesia's statistics bureau and national development planning agency will conduct a national survey in September to update Indonesia's poverty data, a senior planning agency official said.

- THREE QATAR BANKS EYE BNI SHARES

Three Qatar banks are interested in buying shares in Indonesia's fourth-largest lender, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI.JK), BNI's president director said.

The banks are Qatar National Bank (QNBK.QA), Qatar Islamic Bank QISB.QA and Qatar International Islamic Bank QIIB.QA.
