Banco Sabadell decides not to call LT2 bond -IFR
LONDON, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Spain's Banco Sabadell (SABE.MC) has decided not to call a 300 million euro ($391 million) Lower Tier 2 bond on its first call date on Feb. 18, IFR reported on Wednesday.
The decision was based taking into account financial rationale, recent events and structural changes in market dynamics, IFR quoted the bank as saying.
The non-call means that the bank will pay a step-up on the subordinated issue that increases its coupon by 50 basis points to Euribor plus 95 basis points, added IFR, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
