MOSCOW, June 29 (Reuters) - Russia's second biggest bank VTB (VTBR.MM) has seen bad loans rise three-fold since the start of the year to stand at 6 percent of its credit portfolio, its Chief Executive Andrei Kostin said on Monday.

"All year we will have to transfer fairly large sums of money into (bad loan) provisions," Kostin told the VTB's annual general meeting. (Reporting by Dmitry Sergeyev, Writing by Toni Vorobyova)
