BEIJING, March 10 (Reuters) - China Agri-Industries Holdings Ltd (0606.HK) will build a second phase at its ethanol plant in Guangxi with capacity of 300,000 tonnes, a senior executive said on Monday.

The second phase would cost the firm 1.2 billion to 1.3 billion yuan ($169 million-$183 million), Yue Guojun, its vice general manager told Reuters.

The first phase, with capacity of 200,000 tonnes, started operations in late 2007.
