- PERTAMINA, WAHANA TO BUILD $20 MLN REFINERY IN EAST JAVA

Indonesia's state energy firm, PT Pertamina, will team up with a local company, Wahana Universal, to build an oil refinery in East Java at a cost of $20 million, parts of an efforts to increase oil production, a director said.
