- The Selangor Government will review its concession agreement with Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd (PNHB.KL: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) for the operation and maintenance of the Sungai Sireh water treatment plant.

- Bumiputra-Commerce Holdings Bhd (BUCM.KL: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), the listed entity of the CIMB group, has emerged as the largest shareholder with a 19.99 percent stake in the Bank of Yingkou Co Ltd, a bank based in China's Yingkou City, CIMB group Chief Executive Nazir Razak said.

- Bumiputra-Commerce has bought 20 percent of China's Bank of Yingkou Co Ltd for 156.2 million ringgit, gaining a foothold in the world's fastest growing economy, said CIMB Chief Executive Officer Nazir Razak.

- As much as 1.4 billion ringgit ($439 million) worth of contracts will be up for grabs for local firms as Finland's Sunborn International plans to move all its shipbuilding activities to Malaysia, Sunborn executive director for planning, development and shipbuilding, Jari Niemi said.  Continued...
