ISTANBUL, Dec 31 (Reuters) - Turkish food company Ulker Biskuvi ULKER.IS said on Monday it could take a stake of up to 33 percent in Godiva Chocolatier, which Ulker's parent company Yildiz Holding is buying.

Ulker Biskuvi said in a statement to the stock market that it could acquire 20 to 33 percent of luxury chocolate firm Godiva, although no final decision had been taken.

Campbell Soup Co. (CPB.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said earlier this month it was selling Godiva to Yildiz for $850 million. (Reporting by Emma Ross-Thomas, Editing by Erica Billingham)
