ISTANBUL, Dec 31 (Reuters) - Turkish food company Ulker Biskuvi (ULKER.IS) said on Monday it could take a stake of up to 33 percent in Godiva Chocolatier, which Ulker's parent company Yildiz Holding is buying.

Ulker Biskuvi said in a statement to the stock market that it could acquire 20 to 33 percent of luxury chocolate firm Godiva, although no final decision had been taken.

Campbell Soup Co. (CPB.N) said earlier this month it was selling Godiva to Yildiz for $850 million. (Reporting by Emma Ross-Thomas, Editing by Erica Billingham)
