SEOUL, Feb 11 (Reuters) - The following is a summary of major South Korean newspapers on Monday, prepared by Reuters in Seoul. Reuters has not checked the stories and does not guarantee their accuracy.

CHOSUN ILBO

- The structure of South Korea's national treasure No.1 Namdaemun gate collapsed after burning out following a fire on Sunday night.

DONG-A ILBO

- President-elect Lee Myung-bak announced Sunday in a news conference the line-up for his key presidential secretaries. Lee named Korea University professor Kim Byung-kook as senior presidential secretary for foreign affairs and security policy and Hallym University President Kim Choong-soo as senior secretary for economic policy.

MAEIL BUSINESS DAILY

- More than 40 percent of private real estate investors expect property earnings rates to increase by 20 to 30 percent after the new administration comes in, according to a survey conducted by Shinhan Bank January, on 1,000 of its clients over the age of 20.
