Seoul shares edge down as won starts higher

SEOUL, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Seoul shares opened slightly lower on Thursday amid caution about decreasing trade volume and with a stronger won hitting exporters such as Hyundai Motor (005380.KS).

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index was 0.93 percent lower at 1,565.28 points by 0005 GMT.

Shares in Hyundai Motor fell 0.9 percent to 105,500 won.
