TOP STORIES

- The Election Commission's sub-committee investigating House Speaker Yongyuth Tiyapairat has found him guilty of electoral fraud, the first step in a process that could see him stripped of the speaker's post (BANGKOK POST)

- Police have arrested a 21-year-old American woman dubbed the "ponytail bandit", who is accused of robbing seven banks in three U.S. states (THE NATION)
