BEIJING, April 15 (Reuters) - Huaneng Group, parent of Huaneng Power International Inc (0902.HK), China's largest electricity producer, plans to produce 45 million tonnes of coal a year by 2010, a company executive said on Tuesday.
Huaneng consumed 137 million tonnes of coal last year, most of which were bought in the market.
Assistant President of Huaneng Group Hu Shihai was speaking at the Coaltrans conference in Beijing.
