Malaysia's KNM says making foreign acquisition
KUALA LUMPUR, March 3 (Reuters) - Malaysian energy services firm KNM Group (KNMP.KL: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) will announce a foreign acquisition for 350 million euros ($530.8 million), the company said on Monday.
KNM gave no further details.
The company has asked for suspension of trading in its shares on Monday pending announcement of the acquisition. (Reporting by Syed Azman)
