 STOCKS CALL (Contributions to moscow.newsroom@reuters.com):
 Aton: Expects prices to open at the same level as Monday's
close, with the RTS index finding support at about 2,290 points.
 Olma: Stocks could possibly rise as, even though oil prices
have corrected downward slightly from record highs, they are
still trading at sufficiently high levels to attract investors.

 Business dailies Vedomosti and Kommersant both lead with

 Vedomosti reports Vladimir Potanin will pay former business
partner Mikhail Prokhorov around $5 billion for the latter's 50
percent stake in the KM-Invest investment vehicle they formerly
shared, bringing to an end a protracted asset split.
 Vedomosti also reports Vagit Alekperov, president of No. 2
Russian oil producer LUKOIL (LKOH.MM), has become the firm's
largest shareholder by increasing his stake to 20.4 percent. To

 Kommersant reports Slovakia's J&T Group has acquired a 75
percent stake in the owner of the Balchug Kempinski hotel, one
