TABLE-Manila's Petron Corp 9-mth net profit up 21 pct

 MANILA, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Nine months ending Sept 30,
2009.
                       (in billion pesos unless stated)
 Net income                    3.37  vs    2.78
 Sales revenue               123.64  vs  216.43
 Note: Petron Corp (PCOR.PS) is the Philippines' largest oil
refiner in which food-to-power conglomerate San Miguel Corp
(SMC.PS) (SMCB.PS) has an option to acquire a majority stake. 
Petron said its expects to post a net loss more than 1
billion pesos ($21 million) in the fourth quarter after the
government imposed a cap on fuel prices.
