Venezuela's Chavez says $80 fair oil price
CARACAS, Feb 9 (Reuters) - President Hugo Chavez said on Saturday $80 per barrel was a fair price for oil, reinforcing Venezuela's hawkish position that crude values are not too high as some consumer nations assert.
