HOUSTON, Aug 11 (Reuters) - Alon USA Energy Inc (ALJ.N) said there was no impact to production from a brief power outage at the 25,000 barrel per day (bpd) gasoline-producing fluidic catalytic cracking unit at the company's 67,000 bpd refinery in Big Spring, Texas, on Tuesday.

"There was no production issue," said Alon's Chief Operating Officer Joseph Israel in a statement.

Adjustments were made to maintain operations, according to a notice filed with Texas state pollution regulators. (Reporting by Erwin Seba; Editing by Gary Hill)
