SYDNEY, Jan 17 (Reuters) - Australia-listed Herald Resources Ltd (HER.AX) recommended shareholders take no action on a A$455 million ($390 million) takeover offer by Indonesia's PT Bumi (BUMI.JK), saying it had held briefings with other interested parties this week.
Bumi's offer remains open until Feb. 15. ($1=A$1.14) (Reporting by James Regan)
