Woodside says resumes output at Cossack-Pioneer
SYDNEY, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Woodside Petroleum Ltd (WPL.AX: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), Australia's second-largest oil and gas producer, said on Friday it has resumed production at its 74,000 barrels per day (bpd) Cossack-Pioneer oil field off Western Australia after a cyclone threat passed.
"Cossack was re-connected Thursday and began producing today," Woodside's spokesman Roger Martin said in an e-mailed statement.
Martin said the 30,000 bpd Enfield oil field remains shut. (Reporting by Fayen Wong)
