Japan Energy to restart 30,000 bpd coker in mid-Dec
TOKYO, Dec 4 (Reuters) - Japan Energy Corp, the nation's sixth-biggest oil refiner, said on Tuesday it expects to restart a 30,000 barrels per day coking unit at its 205,200 bpd Mizushima refinery in western Japan in mid-December.
The coker, which processes heavy crude and asphalt-like feedstocks, was shut on Nov. 25 due to a technical problem. Japan Energy is the refining unit of Nippon Mining Holdings Inc (5016.T: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz). (Reporting by Osamu Tsukimori; Editing by Tomasz Janowski)
