TonenGeneral restarts refinery units after lightning
TOKYO, Sept 17 (Reuters) - TonenGeneral Sekiyu (5012.T) has restarted the units at its Kawasaki refinery in eastern Japan that it temporarily shut last week after lightning caused a power outage, a company spokesman said on Wednesday.
The spokesman declined to comment on the restart dates.
TonenGeneral did not specify which units it had shut at the 335,000 barrels-per-day (bpd) Kawasaki facility, which is Japan's second-largest refinery.
Temporary lightning-related refinery shutdowns are not uncommon in Japan between July and September. (Reporting by James Topham; Editing by Chris Gallagher)
