TOKYO, May 7 (Reuters) - Nippon Oil Corp (5001.T) said on Wednesday state-run China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC) is considering taking a 49 percent stake in the Japanese refiner's Osaka refinery.
Nippon Oil also said the joint venture would aim to sell oil products to Asia-Pacific markets. (Reporting by Osamu Tsukimori; Writing by Miho Yoshikawa)
