Rosneft says no interest in TNK-BP stake

MADRID, June 30 (Reuters) - State-controlled Russian oil major Rosneft (ROSN.MM) said it was not interested in buying a stake in rival TNK-BP, whose co-owners BP (BP.L) and a group of Russian billionaires are in a public battle over control.

Rosneft President Sergey Bogdanchikov told reporters on the sidelines of the World Petroleum Congress that his company was more focussed on growing organically and was interested in buying exploration licences in Africa and Kazakhstan.
