SEOUL, June 30 (Reuters) - South Korea's Samsung Heavy Industries Co. (010140.KS) said on Monday that it had won a 1.58 trillion won ($1.52 billion) order to build nine extra-large container ships for a Middle Eastern company.
The ships would be delivered by Nov. 30, 2011, Samsung said in a filing to the local stock exchange. ($1=1043.0 Won) (Reporting by Lee Jin-joo; editing by Jonathan Hopfner)
