BANGKOK, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Amata Corp AMAT.BK, Thailand's top industrial estate developer, said on Thursday it expected to list its Amata Vietnam subsidiary in the Communist-led Southeast Asian nation in the first half of 2008.

"It's likely to float shares in the first half. We will meet with its board in April and will decide the exact timing and the size of the IPO," Amata Senior Vice President Viboon Kromadit told Reuters. He gave no further details.

Amata Vietnam is 60 percent owned by Amata and 30 percent by a Vietnamese state firm.
