Krungthai Card plans up to 12 bln baht bonds
BANGKOK, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Krungthai Card KTC.BK, Thailand's biggest credit card issuer, said on Wednesday it planned to sell bonds worth up to 12 billion baht ($372.8 million) to finance business expansions and refinance debt.
The company's board had approved a plan to issue debentures of up to 10 years in maturity, it said in a statement to the stock exchange. ($1=32.19 Baht) (Reporting by Viparat Jantraprap; Editing by Michael Battye)
