KOHLBERG KRAVIS ROBERTS & CO [KKR.UL]

KKR said it would begin investing in global infrastructure assets with a team led by George Bilicic, who joins the private equity firm from Lazard Ltd (LAZ.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz).

Shareholder activist David Webb has resigned from the board of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, accusing Asia's largest listed bourse of poor management and bowing to political concerns. [nHKG294242]

ABN AMRO ASSET MANAGEMENT

The company's head of fixed income Mahhendra Jajoo has quit the company, a top executive said.
