 * Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL.BO) after the Indian
state-run utility signed a pact to form a joint venture with
Maharashtra State Power Generation Co to build a 1,320 megawatt

worth 40 billion rupees ($828 million) to supply power
