HK shares gain as resource plays track record oil

 HONG KONG, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Hong Kong stocks rose on
Wednesday, shrugging off losses on Wall Street, as resource
stocks gained after oil prices hit a record while Jiangxi Copper
(0358.HK: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) raced ahead after the red metal hit a 4-month high.
 The benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI opened up 0.6 percent at
24,265.32. The China Enterprises index of H-shares .HSCE, or
Hong Kong-listed shares in mainland companies, was up 0.5 percent
at 0201 GMT.
