HONG KONG, April 15 (Reuters) - Chinese property firm Fantasia Group (China) Co Ltd plans to raise about $500 million in a Hong Kong initial public offering in the third quarter, sources close the deal said on Tuesday, amid Beijing's clampdown on bank lending to the real estate sector.

The Shenzhen-based developer focuses on residential and office buildings, and has about 2 billion yuan (US$286 million) in assets, its company Web site said.

Goldman Sachs (GS.N) is the sponsor of Fantasia's deal.
