KUALA LUMPUR, April 21 (Reuters) - Malaysia's second-largest lender, Bumiputra-Commerce Holdings Bhd BUCM,KL, expects to meet its loan-growth target of 12 percent this year, Chief Executive Nazir Razak told reporters on Monday.
