Yorkshire Water sets guidance on stg bonds-IFR

LONDON, July 14 (Reuters) - Yorkshire Water Services has set guidance on its planned three-tranche senior sterling benchmark bond, IFR reported on Tuesday.

An August 2019 250 million pounds ($406.7 million) tranche is at UK Treasuries 4.5 percent 2019 plus 230 to 240 basis points, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.

Guidance on a 200 million sterling August 2039 tranche has been set at UK Treasuries 4.75 percent 2038 plus around 210 basis points.

A 125 million sterling tranche due December 2039 is at UK Treasuries 1.125 percent 2037 plus around 210 basis points, IFR said. (Editing by David Holmes)
