Belgium's Atenor says 2008 profits to grow

BRUSSELS, Nov 19 (Reuters) - Belgian real estate group Atenor (ATEO.BR) said on Wednesday it expects full-year profits in 2008 to be "widely higher" than last year.

The La Hulpe-based group, which operates mainly in Belgium and Luxembourg, is on track or ahead of schedule with various office complex projects, mixed urban projects and residential units, it said in a trading update after the market close.

The group added it would launch demolition work for a project in Bucharest in December 2009.

The group gave no specific results for this year so far. Atenor reports annual results on March 6, 2009.
