UBS banker joins Nomura to head EMEA finance unit

LONDON, June 22 (Reuters) - Japanese bank Nomura (8604.T) has hired Selim Toker from UBS (UBSN.VX) as head of its global finance solutions team for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to an internal memo seen by Reuters.

Global finance solutions brings together capital advisory, enterprise risk management and tax and accounting teams.

Toker will be based in London and will report to Philippe Dufournier, head of global finance for the EMEA region. (Reporting by Victoria Howley; Editing by Greg Mahlich)
