WASHINGTON, Oct 8 (Reuters) - Tidelands Bancshares Inc (TDBK.O) on Wednesday filed with regulators to sell up to 2.2 million shares.
The company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it will use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include providing additional capital to its bank to support asset growth. (Reporting by Karey Wutkowski)
