Fannie Mae selling $2 bln in two note reopenings

NEW YORK, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Fannie Mae (FNM.P) (FNM.N) said it would sell $1 billion in a five-year note reopening and $1 billion in a three-year note reopening on Monday.

The 3.875 percent five-year issue, due July 12, 2013, is currently $4 billion. The 3.625 percent three-year issue, due Aug. 15, 2011, has an outstanding balance of $3.5 billion.

The five-year reopening will be auctioned at 11 am EST and the three-year reopening auction is set for 2 pm EST. (Reporting by Lynn Adler; Editing by Theodore d'Afflisio)
