Boards of Brazil BM&F, Bovespa exchanges OK tie-up
SAO PAULO, March 25 (Reuters) - The boards of Brazil's BM&F commodities and futures exchange (BMEF3.SA: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) and the Bovespa stock exchange (BOVH3.SA: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Tuesday they had approved the merger of the firms.
The proposed merger will now be put before the companies shareholders.
