SEOUL, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Stocks on the move on Monday include:

As of 0036 GMT, the main KOSPI was down 3.41 percent at 1,638.71 points as investors price in global markets' slide during the Lunar New Year holiday, sending banks, shipbuilders and technology titles lower.

The index opened 2.83 percent lower at 1,648.51 points.

**INTERNET COMPANIES DROP ON YAHOO DEAL OUTLOOK**

Internet companies including top portal service NHN Corp (035420.KQ: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) fell after a source familiar with the situation said Yahoo Inc (YHOO.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) was set to reject Microsoft Corp's (MSFT.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) unsolicited bid worth $42 billion as too low. Expectations that an acquisition of Yahoo by Microsoft could spur more M&As in the sector had boosted Internet firms' share prices last week.

NHN fell 4.83 percent to 212,700 won and community site SK Communications (066270.KQ: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) lost 4.85 percent to 26,500 won.

**SHIPBUILDERS TUMBLE ON GLOBAL ECONOMIC OUTLOOK**

Shipbuilders such as Hyundai Heavy Industries Co (009540.KS: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) led the KOSPI's losses amid worries about a weakening global economy and a knock-on decline in ship orders from the shipping business.  Continued...
