Seoul shares open lower on U.S. fall, Fed caution

SEOUL, Aug 12 (Reuters) - Seoul shares opened lower on Wednesday after losses overnight on Wall Street, with caution prevailing before an interest rate decision by the U.S. Federal Reserve.

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) was down 0.67 percent at 1,568.59 points as of 0002 GMT.
