SEOUL, Dec 24 (Reuters) - Seoul shares rose 1.1 percent on Monday, led by tech titles such as LG Electronics Inc (066570.KS: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) after better-than-expected U.S. spending data eased worries about South Korea's No.2 export destination.

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index was up 1.12 percent at 1,899.31 points as of 0002 GMT, with LG Electronics rising 1.94 percent to 105,000 won.
