Singapore's Straits Trading lifts trading halt
SINGAPORE, Jan 25 (Reuters) - Singapore-listed property and commodities firm Straits Trading (STCM.SI) said on Friday that trading in its shares will resume at 2:00 p.m. (0600 GMT).
The family that controls Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp (OCBC.SI) on Thursday made a $1.3 billion counter bid for Straits Trading, which is one of Singapore's oldest firm.
