Singapore's DBS confirms Citi's Stanley as new CEO

SINGAPORE, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Southeast Asia's biggest lender DBS Group (DBSM.SI) on Wednesday named Richard Stanley from Citigroup (C.N) as its new chief executive, confirming an earlier Reuters report.

Stanley, 47, was chief executive for Citigroup in China and replaces Jackson Tai who resigned in September last year for family reasons, the bank said in a statement. (Reporting by Saeed Azhar; Editing by Tomasz Janowski)
