New Zealand's ASB Bank plans senior eurobond-source

 SYDNEY, May 30 (Reuters) - New Zealand's ASB Bank Ltd,
owned by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA.AX), plans to
sell a senior eurobond, a market source said on Friday.
 The bank held debt presentations in Europe this week
arranged by JPMorgan and Merrill Lynch.
 Earlier in May, ASB raised NZ$483 million ($377 million) of
three-year notes at 90 basis points over swap and BKBM. See
