Dutch BNG adds NZ$100 mln to 2010 bond-source

 SYDNEY, March 31 (Reuters) - Dutch public sector agency
Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten [BNG.UL] has added NZ$100 million
($80 million) to a 2010 Kauri bond issue and priced it at
around 12 basis points under swap, a market source said.
 A Kauri issue is a New Zealand dollar-denominated bond sold
by foreign borrowers in New Zealand.
 BNG lends to local authorities and other public sector
bodies.
 The deal details are as follows:
  Issuer:         Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten
  Facility:       Domestic fixed rate Kauri bond increase
  Amount issued:  NZ$100 million
  Total on issue: NZ$350 million
  Maturity:       Sept. 27, 2010
  Set date:       April 7
  Coupon:         7.75%
  Yield:          8.00%
  Margin:         -12 bps below swap or
                  +148 bps over NZGB
  Lead(s):        ANZ
  Issuer rating:  triple A
 ($1=NZ$1.25)
