AMP Group unit plans A$200 mln 3-year notes-source

 SYDNEY, April 30 (Reuters) - A unit of Australian pension
fund manager AMP Group (AMP.AX: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) is discussing with investors
the sale of at least A$200 million ($187 million) of three-year
notes, a portfolio manager said on Wednesday.
 Preliminary pricing indicates a margin of 135 to 140 basis
points over swap and BBSW.
 The issuer, which would be AMP Group Financial Service, is
rated A by S&P and A2 by Moody's.
 JPMorgan and UBS are jointly leading the offer.
 Both banks were not immediately available to comment.
