ANZ sells A$2.6 bln 5-yr gvt-backed bonds at +110bp

 SYDNEY, Jan 9 (Reuters) - Australia & New Zealand Banking
Group (ANZ.AX) has sold A$2.6 billion ($1.85 billion) of
five-year government-guaranteed bonds at 110 basis points over
swap and BBSW, ANZ said on Friday.
 The offer included A$1.5 billion of fixed rate bonds and
A$1.1 billion in floating rate notes.
 The notes mature on Jan. 16, 2014 and settle on Jan. 16.
 ANZ and UBS jointly led the issue, with Citigroup as a
co-manager.
 A total of 62 investors participated in the offer.
